Ivan completed his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Production from the University of Florida in 2011. Following graduation, he decided to pursue a career in design, which led to his continued studies at Santa Fe College. In 2014, he received an associate’s degree in Graphic Design through SFC’s Digital Media Technology program. Since then, Ivan has held creative roles at a media agency in Ocala, FL, and as an in-house Web Designer/Developer and Graphic Designer at SFC and UF, respectively. He currently serves as Graphic Designer on the UF Research Communications team, where he continues to hone his craft of scientific storytelling in print and for the web.
